The other day I was browsing a real estate company’s website to see whether they post customer testimonials or not. I was surprised to see that such a big real estate organisation has just a few customer quotes.
That is not at all good enough, especially considering the present super competitive market.

People will give you their testimony only if your product or service has solved their problems, given them happiness, or removed their pain otherwise not. So when people are sharing their positive reviews about your solution to them that solution is itself the PROOF of your success as a company.
Testimonials increase your closing of new sales by at least 3X. When your prospects see the testimonials it gives them the feeling that if the solution has worked for others then it might well work for them too. You follow the process nicely and share some good testimonials and your chances of closing the sales increases.
Testimonials are a powerful tool in sales and now video testimonials are taking boom. Don’t be ashamed or afraid of asking for a testimonial from your customer.
