We need so much in this life that we just continue to strive for more and more. Every day we see, feel and come to know new things to consume, new services to experience and new places to visit. The life we have from God is obviously for us to enjoy and take care of each other. In sports, players say that if you are not enjoying you may not be able to give your 100%. But to enjoy and experience the wonders this life presents we must understand ourself and work for its development.
I have 3 no secrets for your personal development mastery. Here they are!
#1. Are you a Lifelong Learner?
I am devoted to learning. As a trainer and a coach, I study one book every week on my forte areas and training subjects. This is the ONE thing which is highly rewarding for me in the last 4 years of my career. I guarantee you that if you spend at least 30 minutes of undivided and committed attention to your learning every day, you will become one of the sought after expert in your field of work in 6 to 7 years and the result of the same will be amazing in your work.
#2. Your Time is Scarce!
Tell me, “Do You Love Yourself?” Of course, you do. Everyone does. Let me tell you, If you love yourself then you must LOVE YOUR TIME as well. I have studied more than 300 books since 2011, listened to more than 70 personal development audio programs and audiobooks and attended 25+ events nationally and internationally for my growth and development. I have understood long ago that I have to make every minute of my time count and make it productive, and that’s what I am doing every day. Do the most important work first and that activity which will produce a return on investment faster.
#3. Not Everyone has THAT Attitude!
Your professional success is highly depended on your attitude towards your personal development. Do you just want to work to earn money or do you really love your work? How about learning different and new things that improve your working and bring positive change? Attitude is your settled way of thinking or doing a particular thing. Your attitude towards time, money, health, work, family, etc rely heavily on your personal development. Whatever happens in your life you should continue to develop yourself because it is you who will be most helpful towards yourself with the positive and unshakable attitude.
