For effective planning, you need to know about;
- What exactly is being planned?
- What are the constraints that you are working under that affect the plan?
- What are your priorities ? and
- What risks need to be taken into account?
#2. Do Not Pamper Procrastination
It is an act of delaying the task which is prioritised for us to perform. Think about it how it feels when you don’t do a task that is directly link to your success in life. You know it is important and significant but even then you leave it for later.
When faced with a task – decide to deal with it according to one of the following actions:
- Do it
- Delegate it
- Dump it
- Deadline it
- Dissect it
#3. Perform itÂ
If you are serious about your personal productivity then you must perform the task that you have assign to yourself. If you do it then only your productivity will increase and you will move closer to your goals.
