How to Foster Better Relationships during Pandemic? | Dr. Ashish Parnani
Well, God created humans for a purpose and thereafter the process of procreation for another purpose, so that people can have RELATIONSHIP with each other. There are so many relationships –Â
In Marriage,
As Parents,
As friends,
As professionals, etc.
This pandemic has made us think and worry about ourselves more than others. Most of us are too much occupied to take care of ourselves and not thinking much of the dear ones for whom we used to think earlier.
It is ok to think and take care of yourself first, but it is also important to maintain healthy relationships with others.
Since last year, people are more worried and filled with anxiety about the notion that corona can attack them also, and they may die. I and you need to understand this situation and start helping people around us to be positive and of a healthy mindset.
So what can you do: –
#1. Call themÂ
Talk to them and know-how are they doing. Try to know how is their mental health so that you can fill them with some positive words if anything is wrong.
#2. Text them
Share them with some confidence-building words and inspirational quotes so that they get inspired to overcome the time of anxiety.
#3. Offer Them
Your friend or family relative may be feeling depressed because someone in their neighbourhood or in close relation got covid positive. You must ask them and offer your help of any kind they need, genuinely.Â
If you are blessed with this short blog post. Please share it with your friends and family. And don’t forget to download the mental health success ebook pack from here.
